We truly enjoyed this place. The room was good sized, with a heating system, a sitting area and a work desk. We were greeted by KIND host. Free Wi-Fi worked. So close to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. We went to ristorante dell' ancora, located easy walk to the hotel, to have some dinner.

wanted to explore orvieto and this hotel was fine base for doing it. we truly enjoyed the view of city.
